These Beautiful Images were photographed in the Summer of 2004.  A single entire image consists of approximately 75 individual aerial photographs (from an airplane)  “mosaicked” together, making a single image.  This single image was then “tonally (color) balanced”, and “rectified” (adjusting to the curvature of the earth) to produce the image seen here.  The entire mosaic was then printed on genuine oil painter’s canvas using a non aqueous (water proof) ink.

These aerials are available in Sizes of 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4 Feet.  They should be stretched on stretcher bars and mounted like a normal oil painting.  This stretching can be done with a white outside border or they can stretched with a "gallery wrap" (which takes the actual print and gets wrapped around the edge), thereby not having to utilize a frame.  But of course one can always frame any of these into a frame of there own choosing.
